One man's speculation; strictly guessing.

Nevada, consider current entry for RNG.wt. (RNO on American)

Rio Narcea is a Nickel producer but stock performance has been disappointing. My own feeling is that the dismal performance has been caused by the same factor that (I believe) caused dismal performance in AEM for so long... i.e hedge fund shorting (hedged by a holding of warrants... a great source of cash for them). When you and I bought AEMLW @ $1.35, I guessed that the warrants were being "discarded" by a change of strategy by those hedge funds. I have the same feeling about RNG and its warrants; why else would so many warrants suddenly be offered for sale just when the company seems to be demonstrating growth in its quarterlies ?

(It seems to me that many stocks with warrants show disappointing performance. Hedge fund activity is pervasive??)
