Lemme tell you, the first time you have one of those, you have no idea what's happening, it's scary as hell and the pain just hits you hard all of a sudden like you just ran into a brick wall at 50 miles an hour. After you know how it feels, it doesn't diminish the pain but it's not as scary. The drug of choice for most hospital ER's is morphine. This last time I declined because I drove my own self there and had to drive back home when it was all said and done. They do have other drugs that will work just not as good.
