Rec. my proxy today...guess I'll just vote no and see what happens...no other choice.....sounds like you guys have pegged the independent party as a cheat.....so unless a valuation from a proper institute comes forth then there is no choice.....if they get this thru then sh's screwed once again.

13% 'exercised their right of dissent' ... you have to wonder what is wrong with the other 87 ... but they'll try again ... will they let this thing trade on a real exchange? - nooooo

It's just such an obviously fair thing that if Sasamat gets absorbed then its shareholders should end up with the same proportion of KHDH that they now hold through SSALF ... eh?
