In other words... until more Floridians (and especially including the big commercial industries in Florida that make so many of the campaign contributions, the tourism business, Disney, the hotels and resort developments, and all those retirees with beach-front properties and views of snowy white sand...) change their minds and decide they really do want oil development off their shores, the Governor, and none of the other Florida politicians EITHER are gonna step in front of THAT moving train....
