Follow the drama on Yahoo. Better than "24". It's about a fight, a Mexican stand-off between the board and 20 years sole dictator CEO of VTSS Lou Tomasetta IMO. Last round - so far won by the board. No consideration for corporate value or future. IMO the board belongs into exactly the right slammers as LT. Or maybe padded rubber cells. I don't know.....this was announced on Thursday........it doesn't sound like the board is that crazy: "Shares of Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. were pounded on Thursday after the company said it would need to restate financial statements going back more than three years as a review panel found indications of additional accounting improprieties." Maybe the board is trying to get even, but apparently where there is smoke........all I know is that I came this close [] to buying some of their stock. I will be forever grateful that I blew it off at the last minute. I forgot how crazy things get in tech.
