"And all that cheating is now proven. Proof of a crime is based on facts that lead to charges and convictions. If a crime has been committed, I am fine with putting the criminals in jail. You say a lot of stuff has been proven that turns out to be stuff you just made up... so, until I see verification or refutation from someone credible and some substantial confirmation of facts, I wont get excited. Didn't the problem have to do with the capacity to generate electricity, and not with oil or gas supplies?
