Sandy Berger stopped the 1999 LAX Al Qaida bombing due to being on the ball about terrorism. Bush came into power and disbanded all counter-terrorism units he could without replacing any of them. He was warned on 8-6-01 of inpending Al Qaida attacks inside the US and did absolutely nothing. Berger is a great hero compared to Bush, Rice, Ashcroft, Rummy, any of them. The papers he "stole" were just copies, of little consequence to anyone. Millions of people take things out of the library they're not supposed to. I'll bet you have too.
