I only have a hundred ounce bar I bought privately a few weeks ago for $956.

Nice paperweight.

Primarily I trade it using CBOT contracts. If I actually wanted more for physical ownership I think I might just take delivery now and then. But a thousand ounce bar would clash with the decor under my pool table.

If you are serious about taking physical off the market, a purchase of SLV, takes more off the market than a purchase of physical.

Seems strange but true. Buying physical from a dealer, leaves more money in the dealers pocket while the same amount of money invested in SLV results in your ownership and removal of physical being higher.
