Clinton has to be the most thoroughly INVESTIGATED President in history. Not only was there Starr, but there was a cast of MILLIONS of Clinton-hating amateurs, all digging for dirt, investigating Clinton's entire life. With Bush, we're not supposed to look before the age of forty, when he "grew up" and was "born again"! Clinton was a womanizer. That's the extent of his "corruption". Europeans thought we were insane, to have gotten such a good and effective leader, and then persecute him for being a human being. Maybe at the end he got a little payback with some smelly pardons, but that's really IT.
