Taro: I hope you aren't getting into VTSS too soon. Does anyone know of any stock that suffered questionable accounting practices and rebounded after the initial price drop. It usually takes a year or two of stock price erosion before the stock can be a good investment again. Case in point was OVTI when they had to revise previous statements upwards.

Taro: You might get a chance to buy VTSS below $1.50 very soon, now that there is talk of delisting.
