Last time I looked, FEMA only had 1800 employees in all areas of the country, yet they have to interface with hundreds of Government agencies.... That's why when a disaster happens, FEMA has to hire temp workers to do the job. The whole thing is a sham and a shame....I'll have to check to see when FEMA was started...
