Blame it on the Mexicans, right? The rightwing would like to talk about Mexican illegals, because they don't have any issues to run on so it's time to scapegoat a minority.

The fact is this same problem has been around for 40-50 years and certainly for the last 4-5 years and the rightwing hasn't done a thing about it. In fact, Bush supports illegal immigration more than democrats do because he sides with the exploiters of cheap labor against American workers.

right now in my condo complex, 8 Mexicans are working for $10 an hour or less keeping the place immaculate. Are they affecting my life in a negative way? No. Are Bush and his cronies affecting my life with their gas gouging? Absolutely. And for those with family members in the war, even more so. Plus the debt Bush is crushing us with will cost us more than a billion Mexicans ever could. So where's the real beef? In the fact the GOP are terrified of being held accountable. So blame it on the Mexicans.

Amnesty doesn't stop anything. Just gives the new illegals more safe houses to choose from. This a real mess and the awareness there of is increasing everyday.
