LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Burying your 'argument' under a ton of paper, eh? Cute trick....

(PS --- If you'd ever bothered to ask, I would have freely told you that, for many, many years, my *personal* opinion has been that Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided [should have cited perhaps the most fundamental right to be free from governmental interference there is: right of privacy....])

Also, a close reading of the 'trimester' concept put forward in the Roe decision, reveals that EVENTUALLY the rights of States to regulate pregnancy will be pushed earlier and earlier, as medical and scientific developments push the age of 'potential viabilty' of a fetus earlier and earlier --- until it is medically possible to fertilize an egg invitro, in a 'petri dish', and gestate an embrio *entirely* outside a woman's body in an artificial womb.

At that stage of medical advancement, Roe will afford women no legal protection at all from a State that wants to enact laws governing reproduction.

(But, as I've said, I found the legal underpinning for Roe to be faulty, in any event.)
