Buddy, Actually, he was not arrested. The cops did not bring him in, he was not cuffed, and was not put in any kind of cell. He walked into the police station of his own will, and has made a deal with the authorities. Not that I condone the use of illegal drugs, but many people have gotten addicted to certain pain pills, and have bent the law to an extreme point.
Rush will pay his fine, and will away without any further punishment.
