Hi Tom, they might be close to having problems with liability due to enforcing editorial content I don't think so. They (more or less) changed their rules of posting to eliminate those topics that were causing them the most "disciplinary" problems. They didn't take a stance of "this post is correct" and "this one is wrong". They just put the whole topic off-limits and removed those threads/posts that violated the new rules. No favoritism to either side in any debate. However, in numerous posts written prior to banning certain exchange stocks, the Gardners left no doubts as to their true opinions regarding the garbage stocks. They hated 'em... EK!!!
