Wrong. Al Qaida did not exist in 1993. Al Qaida started because Osama and his pals (who Bush hasn't nailed yet 5 years after 9-11) realized that after the Gulf War, the US left a huge secret militsary base in Saudi Arabia (their holy land). So Osama turned against his former allies the US on religious grounds (Osama being a former CIA asset in Afghanistan) and started the Jihad againt not only Israel but the US. The first bombiong attacks of Al Qaida were about 1995.

There is no evidence Saddam ever funded the first WTC attack though I admit it's possible. But that was 10 years before Bush's invasion and Saddam had not done any terrorism since. In fact he may have never done any. If he did though it weas minor stuff compared to Bush's pals in Saudi Arabia.
