That's just false. It is also not necessary for the justification of the war in Iraq.

Bush said Saddam wasn't an imminent threat. Many immediately said if not, then why go to war? Of course, Bush had answered that already. I still agree with the guy, given the existing evidence which Bush did NOT make up at all.
