"What is needed to cure things is a recession to slow down the demand for goods and slow down the demand for oil." This is what is needed to bring this insane Ponzi scheme called world economy to a halt and bring balanced order: Collapse of the credit bubble (direct cause of the multitude of other bubbles in all asset classes)=collapse of demand=collapse of the bubble/artificial economies around the world=crash of the prices of hyperinflated assets including commodities and oil (down to a true cost of production of $5-$10 barrel)=depression=economic sanity, stability and balanced growth.
