I think Bush is putting a man on Mars, isn't he? Or was that also for show? I believe that Bush was trying to have a "Kennedy moment" added to his CV. He could have gone with another "Kennedy moment" like Ich bin Berliner. But Bush has enough problem with the English language that he wouldn't consider something in a foreign language. So Karl had him try out for a "Reagan moment", sic, The Evil Empire, and we ended up with the Axis of Evil. jttmab
