shades, two comments:

(i) take a look at the chinese oil workers on foreign soil and when given a chance, ask them their reporting channels up the ranks, and realize, they are not the same deal as workers who sport exxon uniforms

(ii) diplomacy, an artful part of war, per sun tze, is the recommended approach to the rebels, and for all we think we know, all that appears apparent is not true
