You don't think Cheney has promoted terrorism? forget about his tough rhetoric and look at his actions. Did his actions cause more terrorism? The answer is yes. Terrorism is good for guys like Cheney. Cheney is in the business of profiting off war, xenophobic fears and high oil prices. He has done his best to promote all three, and as a result of the Iraq War terrorism has gone way up in the world. 400% up last year over the year before and way up again this year.
