I'm not buying into the meme that Republicans won't show up this November. The RNC will run ads reminding people of what Washington would be like with a Speaker Pelosi in charge. On the other hand, the Dems may replace her by then.

I think it all turns on turnout. If Republicans get lackadaisical and figure they wont vote cause they are unhappy with one thing or another it will be like cutting off your nose to spite your face. If either of the houses goes Democratic we are going to be in for a very nasty two years with nothing good accomplished. What we REALLY need is 60 repubicans in the Senate. jdn
