Your Bush light convictions are showing through again. I agree Feinngold cannot be elected. But only because he is Jewish. A non-jew with Feingold's positions could win easily if the Dems got behind him or her (which they won't of course) Frankly the Dems may still blow it -- as unpopular as Bush is --if they do not break from Bush light decisively. And if they do win via Bush light they will soon be hated almost as much as Bush is now because they will do almost nothing for average citizens while continuing to put Israel's interests first in the Middle East (even if they do withdraw from Iraq) and the plutocracy's interests first here at home. Without a radical change in the system such as public financing of Presidential campaigns nothing much will really change even if some of Bush's most egregious abuses are reigned in.
