There's a lot of disagreement about that. John Adams in the Federalist Papers was of the opinion that the "high crimes and misdemeanors" for which a President can be impeached were defined by the House of Representatives, and enough leeway existed for the House to impeach a President for simple incompetence.

It makes loads of sense to me, as here we are stuck with a President who IS incompetent, at a time when our nation is faced with so many challenges that competence is sorely needed. No corporation would put up with an incompetent CEO, why should our country?

Well what do you think then about the idea that if it is in the hands of Congress to impeach a president for incompetence, and they currently are not doing so, then your opinion is probably just wrong and just your opinion? If they have the power to do so, but they don't, then the probably don't think they should. You are the outliar, not them.
