Ted, Hey, don't include me in your "we". Point taken, but it affects us all as a society. Discourage gas consumption, and people will start moving their homes closer to work, thereby increasing real estate prices. Mass transit is a solution, but not exactly a cost-effective one without subsidies. Telecommuting is also a solution, but it's obviously not for all jobs. Plus any job that can be "telecommuted" is also a job that can be "outsourced." Tenchusatsu
