Yes, it would make a very interesting human interest story, especially during these times. Maybe I will speak to my wife about this. She's pretty pragmatic though, while she is very angry the way her family was treated (incidentally both she and her brother are US CITIZENS so HAD WE KNOWN he would be denied we could have petitioned him same as any immigrant but it was BEYOND COMPREHENSION that he would be denied since he had every right to declare himself a US citizen having served honorably in the US armed forces during WWII. jdn
