LOL..I agree....these people want me to provide proof it is a scam or proof they will lose money...I have said 20 - 50 times that I cant PROVE anything until it is a KNOWN fact and that it is my OPINION they will lose and possibly lose big...I can say the exact same thing 30+ times, and they still claim that I claim I have PROOF it is a scam...LOL...Nope just an opinion...the proof can ONLY come when the shares are tradeable, if they ever are...if they make money, then my OPINION was wronmg...if they lose, my OPINION was right........I cant see the future so dont know anything as fact...but, I'll bet 1000 shares of MSFT that people will ose money on this deal....so, I may not know anything as fact, but I am fairly sure my opinion will pan out..... If I am wrong, then oh well..money losing troubled sub pennys are giving free money away and I guess I missed out <LMAO>..as will every smart investor on the street...I guess the free money given away by troubled money losing sub pennys is only being given to the dumb and naive...us smart investors lose out, I guess.....

Wanted to bring this over here to the JPHC board since it is JPHC related and not ACHI related....dont want folks on the ACHI board to have to read talk about JPHC.....By the way...we may wanna change this from BULLS board to..well...anything...I know I certainly dont want people thinking I endorse or believe in this company anymore....I've got a very nice profit already booked from all the very nice % swings up and down this has provided and believe it or not, I am still long with some freebies still sitting...but, no way will I still be holding them on the 11th, if something doesnt change....I'll dump every one on any pop or I may just dump the day before the deal....or I may use the certs as mulch in my yard....Mulch?Jphc?Mulch?Jphc?..hmm....the mulch may be worth more.... <<Try some 'curare'..!!! That's what the natives in Central America use on the darts in their blowguns. You should be able to knock a damn noisy frog off a banana leaf at 50 paces, if you practice a little -- it works on monkeys..!!! John :-) >> I've got a blow gun....of course I dont have poison darts and dont use it to harm anybody or anything...but I tell ya...this thing is wicked.....amazingly accurate, very lethal if need be....but it is blast to mess with....Dont even have to blow hard at all and the speed is faster then the eye can track for quite long and accurate distances....I got mine at a Gun show many years ago....am amazed how simple it is, yet how lethal it could be, and I dont hunt, but if I did, that sucker is more accurate then a gun.....Really amazing..if you dont have one, grab one..... As far as kermit the karate frog...sheez...The last day or 2 I thought he was the only sensible long left over there...he was saying things such as I know the risk and rewards, can afford the risk and know it is there, but I like the possible rewards even if I have to wait a year or 2 to get them....he said he was financially sound, was using money he could afford to lose ( I think he said he put $22k into it)...said all the right things that a sensible long would say....today, he reverted to a 3 year old...claimed he read the filings but SWORE it never said anything about shares being unregistered or restricted....he said he would take me up on my bet...so I said Great, lets do it...PM me and lets work it out...he then said NO...he wanted me to first prove it was a scam and 'then' he would bet <lol>....Um, ok....Does that mean that since the lakers won today and I can call a bookie and bet on the lakers <lol>...or he is trying to say, OK, prove you WON and then I'll bet knowing I already lost <lol>...It was really amazing...I kept telling him to read the filings/releases...he kept telling me no, that I should PROVE it by posting the info myself....After him asking me 20 times, I went ahead and took the 30 seconds to copy and paste it, since apparantly he cant read on his own...then he tried to tell me I was lying, there was no date and etc....LOL..so, I went back and copy and pasted the header with the date...but oh no, I was still wrong...it was a truly amazing back and forth conversation...again, up until today, I really thought he was a decent guy with decent head on his shoulder...but I swear, either he reverted to being a 3 year old, or there are 2 people using his username, because the change was extreme...I mean, I literally felt like I was talking to a child this evening...100% serious.....Anyway...dont know what to make of the guy...thought he was an OK guy, but after this evening.....wow....heck, maybe his kid hijacked his comp tonight..who knows....but again, amazing people can be that naive......you know what they say though....what is it about a fool and his money? Something about them parting ways, I believe....LOL....I should offer him a deal..instead of him parting ways with his $22k, he should just send me a check for $10k, keep the other $12k and he'll be up $12k....as much as he regressed into a 3 year old tonight, I think I could have sold him on that and he literally would think he is getting $12k free <lol>...have a good night.....

Believe it or not..you'll love this....some PUMPER..actually, it was kermit the killer karate frog, was posting non stop all day about how great this deal is, how he put $22k down and wished he had more....keeps posting he cant lose because his $22k will turn into $120+K if he just stays patient for a year....but funnily, he was posting all day that anybody that posted anything negative about such a SIMPLE and CANT MISS deal, are bashers trying to bash the stock down so they can buy on the cheap...LOL..Um, the freakin stock is at .0003, down from .0014 right prior to the release of the deal, and he made more posts then I can count today saying that evil bashers were bashing ( I didnt post there until just recently..and wont be posting much more over there..) so they could buy this on the cheap...--LOL..people are bashing so they can buy a .0003 stock they are giving away..on the cheap??.....LOL....Gotta admitt..pretty funny..they are giving the shares away at .0003 and will likely give them away at .0002 and maybe .0001---and this nut thinks people are bashing to drive the price down to buy on the cheap...LOL...

LOL...tell that to the people on IHUB JPHC board.....The deal they pulled was a 100% scam, imo..and many others based on the massive selloff.....As soon as the deal was announced and as soon as I saw it was a total BS scam, I also noticed LONGS who were posting in a private chat that the deal was a scam, most were selling or bailing, they were ragging on the company for pulling yet another scam.....but they pop up publicly on IHUB, PUMPING like you wouldnt believe, not being honest that they are pumping so they can bail on what they werent able to yet sell...They posted non stop about how this deal is GUARANTEED and ANYBODY buying JPHC today for .0002 is GUARANTEED at least .005 in 2 years and on and on they went.... Well, I pulled up the filings, I pointed out FACTS and I took on the PUMPERS trying to sucker the sheep with "THIS DEAL IS GUARANTEED...ONLY IDIOTS WONT JUMP ON THIS AND BUY JPHC....NO LONGS HAVE SOLD OR WILL SOLD>>>>>ALL LONGS ARE HOLDING 5 BIL SHARES LONG INTO THIS MERGER"..and on and on with more BS they you can imagine....Well, obviously, everybody over there now thinks I am short....in fact they claim they KNOW I am short <lol>....I am also a paid basher and work for the MM"s according to those nuts.....LMAO...Nope, they are wrong on ALL counts...I simply call it as I see it and how I see it is the deal JP pulled off is pure BS and it is NOT guaranteed by any means, yet pumpers are working overtime to try to sucker the sheep....I tell ya JM...the folks on IHUB JPHC board are so 100% clueless it is scary such naive people could be playing equities, let alone penny plays....these people do not even know where to find a filing or how to read a filing..they do not know what is taught in investing 101...a 5 year old knows more about money/investing, then that group....but funnily enough...I used a similar quote as yours.....GREAT deals do not need to be pumped as most regular investors as well as the smart money/big boys can smell a good deal and dont need to be pointed towards GUARANTEED DEALS that turn a buy at .0002 into a minimum .005 in 2 years GUARANTEED....On the flip side...BS deals like that dont need to be bashed.....people can see they are BS.....and they did with JP as well...people could not bail fast enough when deal was announced and have continued dumping.......Anyway...Awful deal, imo...I also think it is despicable what certain pumpers are doing in order to lie and deceive others...so, I am letting them know that.....but it is quite funny listening to them talk about how they KNOW I am short and will lose my butt and etc, etc..these people are truly 100% clueless......Sorry for the OT fols...guess I should move this over to JPHC board... <<It all comes back to the fact that "..Bashers don't bash bad Stocks.."!!!>>
