I'm sure that you can discern the difference between those who actively seek out illegal street drugs and those who unintentionally and unwittingly become addicted to a medical prescription... there are probably tens of thousands of people who become addicted to medical prescriptions every day who never had any designs about abusing drugs... there's a universe of difference between these two examples... to criminalize medical addiction is absurd, these people need medical attention, not an arrest record... GZ
