Hi Wayne: Speaking of Goatland would you please give me your comments on Kyrgyzstan? I bought GSA.v last week @.76 a start up oil and gas. So far so good. They are working on an oil prospect in Guyana. Have tried and continue to try for exploration leases in Libya( management has extensive experience in Libya) and they have a MOU with the state oil company of Kyrgyzstan. I certainly have my reservations regarding corruption and crime but does the alliance with state oil help? They did just bring an O/G geo on board with extensive Chinese experience. The prospects would be huge I should think, risks are more difficult for me to assess. Cheers, Ogi
