You're trying to paint every case with the same broad brush, it cannot be done, every case has mitigating and/or aggravating circumstances, you need to be a critical thinker to know the differences here, you seem to ignore the obvious, that is everyone has to be considered on a case by case basis... you're trying to conjure up a dishonest argument, it won't work... also, you keep referring to a quote back in 1995, if I asked you what year it is now, would you know?
