Hey, either you use the system that exists or you don't. Rush decided not to. He can't complain after copping a plea and using every tool allowed him in the judicial system to get the charges dropped that he didn't get a "fair shake". He admitted to fraud. That is a fact. He could have demanded a jury trial...but would have run the risk of much more information becoming public.
