Thanks for looking.... Maybe the car seat manufactures will try to design the seats in lighter materials, that are still sturdy. But if there are guidelines from Congress....well, we can all figure out that problem.

I'm not sure if most people in Congress can get out of bed by themselves, let alone know what numerical guidelines should be used by the manufactures....
