Daniel Baldwin won't face felony charges in drug case Associated Press SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Daniel Baldwin will not face felony charges after his arrest during a cocaine possession investigation, authorities said Friday. The 45-year-old actor and another man were arrested April 22 at a Santa Monica motel. A small amount of cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found in the room, police said. After reviewing the case, the Los Angeles County district attorney's office declined to file felony charges and referred the matter to the city attorney's office for possible misdemeanor charges. Baldwin has appeared in TV's NYPD Blue and Touched by an Angel. His lawyer, Richard Genow, did not return phone calls seeking comment on Friday.
