It might, depending on how much we find there. Small changes in supply could mean big changes in commodity prices.

f Moore's law was coming to an end (like peak oil), wouldn't Intel leadership respond? Whoops, maybe that is a bad analogy.

Speaking of which, we do see the signs of Moore's law coming to an end. It's just a matter of Intel taking the right steps before someone else (like AMD) figures it out.

Unfortunately, when we saw the signs of "GHz sells" coming to an end, we didn't take the right steps before it bit us in the bottom line. Poor guys who worked day and night on Prescott just got the wrong direction.
