I see no solution for illegal immigration so I am for Kennedy-McCain, and Bush seems to agree with them more or less as well. What I am against is the rightwing trying to BLAME IT ON THE MEXICANS when we know damn well it's the rightwing themselves who have created the worst problems we face in this country now, like out of control deficits, the quagmire in Iraq, the gas gouging and the corruption in DC. I do feel for landowners on the Mexican border, but the 700 mile fence is a fool's fantasy.

I have seen a lot of illegal immigrants, but I have never seen a single one of them steal anything or make trouble. All they seem to want to do is work. And they will do anything you want for almost any salary. That provides this countrya valuable service. Very valuable.

RE:"Keep partisan politics of it........illegal immigration is a problem for all of us and if the Dems fall on the side of illegal Latinos, they will be the one to lose. I am not the only liberal who is tired of illegal immigration."

Well said and something AS can't seem to get a grip on. It's a problem for all of us and making political hay out of it is sickening.
