Bush is pro illegal immigration. Blame him. He may not want to make them citizens right away, but he wants them all here working, and for as little as possible to help his corporate boss pals. That hurts the middleclass and the Mexicans both. But Bush is for anything that helps the rich boss class, who depend so much on cheap illegal labor their their extra luxuries.
