Bush certainly rules like a King. Taking a nation to war on his own authority, without Constitutional bounds, choosing to ingore laws at will, etc. Those are the actions of Kings not the actions of constitutionally bound leaders. We can let history decide if Bush was a King. In the nearterm we can elect a Democratic Congress to end this madness and reign in the King's power.
