Great idea! I've only been a shareholder of Sasamat for the last several months and did not know about the Bre-x activist group. I will definitely try to get in touch with these inidviduals. I'm also having my attorney draft an affidavit which is required when trying to get the shareholder list from a transfer agent (at least in Canada).

On another note, in one of your messages you indicated that Sasamat possibly has David Walsh's ownership interest pledged in support of this transaction. However, in reading the Circular, it indicates that there are no beneficial shareholders, with the exception of KHD, that represent 10% or more of the shares outstanding. So, if that's the case, it's unlikely that David Walsh's interest could materially influence the outcome of this vote (this is what I believe, at least). Any thoughts?

Thanks again for the great idea.

Regards,
Mike
