Bush's tax plan favors a permanent upperclass vs. the rest of Americans. And yes you can climb into the permanent upperclass with the Bushie cronies, but first you have to be making 500 K or better a year and do it for awhile. Then you are welcomed into the tax-dodgers country club and where future generations of your family can idly sit by the pool or play golf while everyone else works for a living.
