We can no longer afford Bush's tax cuts at all. But especially those for the rich and the corporations. Bush will add close to a trillion dollars worth of new debt this year alone after promising to cut the 500 billion debt of 2-3 years ago in half within 5 years. In other words he lied and is going in the wrong direction.

Kerry's plan would be much more fair, but frankly it will now take 10-20 years to pay off these Bush debts. So like the post Vietnam era and the post reagan era, when huge debts were driven up, we can expect recessions.
