This is another good reason to buy US junk silver ($1000 face bags or smaller, 715 oz to a $1000 bag of pre 1964(?) 90% silver.

The coins have been circulated and are worn, have a great range of dates from late 1880's to 1960's, therefore very hard to counterfeit.

Also trade for very close to spot.
