Wiz says American consumer is tapped and the twin deficits come home to roost. Still expects a big selloff in the market with ultimate buying opportunity in October. I would agree with that if long term rates don't shoot up..

To be fair I don't think that policy has anything to do with the Bush administration. It's been a policy that has grown over the decades through a variety of policies of all branches and especially the Fed. JMO
