There are plenty of folks who have kids in the service who are against this war and some may have taken action. I remember marching against vietnam with some of the parents and siblings of soldiers. They were really torn up by what they were doing but it was there feeling that they could shorten the war and thus save their childs life. Some were lucky i guess and others werent but as i remember the period, without the anti war movement we would probably still be fighting the vietnam war now or so it once seemed.
