The bulk of the companies the assets that are being Nationalized in Bolivia are NOT American. Petrobrasilia (Brazialian) Repsol (Spanish-Argentinian) Totale (French) and BP (British) are the prime companies affected. Exxon does have a 30% stake in one field with Totale but that's about the extent of their exposure.
