The US State Department has always been anti-Israel. Initially the reasons was that israel infuriates the arabs who we get our oil from. So why infuriate the arabs? Well without israel the arabs would find other reasons to be on the other side of the US. When folks make the case that israel is responsible for the war in iraq, it is just plain stupid. They supported the US action but Iran has always been the bigger threat. Folks who believe that our fp interests are not the same as israel are fine with me. Its when they buy into this jewish conspiracy and dual loyalty stuff at home. So far cindy hasnt. When she starts the aipac stuff and the jews control the media etc. let me know. It is the illogical next step.
