Please post the link to the public records, Tombot. You refuse to back up your statements.

What I have shown is: While Lay claimed to be adding to his position he was using the Line of Credit to disguise huge sales. Why do this unless he did not want it revealed he was moving the stock???? If he truly believed it was undervalued, why sell it AT ALL??? Why not use the 19 million in other liquid assets and the condo, et al???

Tom...please post those links to the "public records". And don't give some lame excuse like "Look it up yourself". I have backed up my statements that Lay was a devious, conniving skunk, claiming he was "buying, buying, buying" and actually hiding sales.

If he believed it was undervalued, why sell it at all? He had other cash.
