Let me ask you, if ethanol is cheap and the oil companies are starting to add it to gasoline, why wasn't this done sooner? Does it have something to do with how it effects your car's engine or was just that the testing needed to be done first?

I rather like the idea of making it mandatory that we use golf carts on all the roads. By far fewer people killed on the roads, no road rage, and for sure less gas would be used.
