Possibly that's why Pomp referred to the drawing down of the credit line (which, when *not* repaid in the fullness of time, would result in the forced sale of stock backing the credit line) as one possible method for extracting cash while also *avoiding* the public SEC filing that a stock sale would entail?

There are, of course, other ways as well....

But there are lots of articles that show Ken Lay to be a lying, crook. Well, I shouldn't call him that...let the jury decide.
