AS, That's been going on the 30 years. And it's just an argument for nationalized health care. To serve the poor who can't afford expensive insurance instead of letting them go to emergency rooms. Without getting a handle on illegal immigration, nationalized health care will NEVER work. If anything, that should be the only reason a liberal like yourself ought to pay attention. Ten is not talking about American poor; he's talking about non resident poor who are in this country illegally. There are pregnant women who are shipped up to the US because they know they won't have to pay for their delivery in a US hospital. Why are you on the wrong side of this argument; a side that only hurts the American taxpayer in the end?
