One would think it pretty clear...Huh. Of course, when you say 9/11 was "long overdue" you could be mouthing the words of Osama himself without likely contradiction. BS. 9/11 was the inevitable result of US foreign policy starting with presidents 20 years ago. Your hero, Mr. Reagan, was feeding Saddam WMDs in the 1980s. And then he slapped the Lebanese around for a while. And then he put an embargo on Iran. Did you think no one in the ME was noticing? Of course, you did.......and when they did notice, you figured they were afraid of badass Reagan and Bush. However, you didn't count on a bid Laden. BTW how many years has been since Bush promised to capture bin Laden? Three? Four? And why do you think Saddam invaded Kuwait without fear of reprisal from the US. Its because he thought Reagan/Bush was his new best friends. There was no one more shocked when Bush put him down. To bad for Saddam......he didn't understand how rich, white boys think and play. Don't you think it is clear where you stand and who you stand with? At anyrate, no one wants to "punish the world," just assholes who murder and support murderers. You know, like good 'ol good guy Saddam. Didn't I write it that way? I think I did. Huh. Reading you one would never know it. Unfortunately, there are bigger fish to fry and a better way to spend American money but you wouldn't understand. You should watch that "dimming down" stuff, you really don't seem to be able to accurately represent much of anything at this point. Dude, if nothing else, I didn't vote for an incompetent president twice, you did. Nothing more needs to be said.

Like I said to your comrade, Mr. Straw, do you think the laws of consequence are suspended for the US? That we dwell in a different universe than the rest of the world? If so, get over it because its not true. We have stuck our nose in Muslim affairs for decades now. Before the US, it was the Brits and the French. We made them eat the new state of Israel. We have interfered with Egypt's running of the Suez Canal. Reagan interjected the US into Lebanon's civil war and supported Israel by sending it armaments in their fight with Lebanon. Nixon and Carter supported and financed the Shah of Iran who oppressed his people. Reagan gave or facilitated the giving of WMDs to Saddam Hussein.......it all came out in congressional testimony. Reagan supported Saddam's attack of Iran during which over a million Iranians died. Near the end of the war, the Iranian army was so depleted of men; they were sending in 14 year old boys to fight against Saddam. Reagan proceeded to put an economic embargo on Iran. And then when Saddam got to big for his breeches, Bush I engaged him in Kuwait. In the meantime, Bush I set up bases in Saudi Arabia which Muslims consider to be sacred ground as the home of Mecca. This is just a quick fly by of American interference in the affairs of Muslims. The list goes on and on......... And then you and Straw are stunned that we got attacked??? Neither the fact of the attack or the way we were attacked should be a surprise to either of you. So long as American leaders mess in the affairs of other countries in a bad way, there will be reprisals. We need to stop putting leaders like Reagan and Bush into office.......they are dangerous and destructive, and only hurt the affairs of this nation.
